Relation: Friend

Dave, you always welcomed me in your home where we shared many a laugh together. In friendship, we loved mountain life, critiqued American politics, were awed by astronomy, talked science and psychology, and compared our similar life histories. Your crossword genius and long tall golf stories made me smile. I was honoured to be with you during some of your tough times, and you were always a voice of clarity in mine. I miss you!
