From: Bill Lynch
Relation: We were friends

I worked with Frank over the years on many small electrical projects and I always enjoyed meeting him on those jobs; that’s how we became friends.
And Frank was a great fount of stories – his days in the Carabiniere fascinated me, particularly the stories of his days in Togliatti’s police detail.
Frank had such a great way of telling a story, of bringing you to the end of the story, but not quite, and then just raising his eyebrows with a smile as if to say: now you figure it out. Sorry he’s gone.
