Condolences to Marvin’s children & family. In late 1960s I room&boarded with Marvin’s family on Latham St. I recall Marv was caught in an avalanche on Salmo Creston Pass in his dairy truck and luckily survived. Our paths crossed in Nelson over the decades. Take care girls.

From: Lynn Price
Relation: Dear friend
Just found Marvins obituary and want to pass along condolences from Jerry and I. Marvin was a good friend and awesome motorcycle buddy. Our daughter, Karyn and Lisa knew him as Uncle Marvy and loved his ice cream and Santa visits and phone calls. We will miss him!

From: Lisa Shaw
Relation: Marvin was a friend to my parents, Lynn and Jerry Price.
So sorry to hear this. Marvin was a huge support and help to my mom and dad Lynn and Jerry Price years ago when my dad moved away for work and my mom, sister and myself were left I Nelson to clean out and sell our house. Marvin invited us to stay in his house after we sold ours and had no place to stay in the interim. He was a sweet, caring man who had a heart of gold! My thoughts are with his family during this trying time.

From: Karyn Peters
Relation: He was like family to us. My parents Jerry and Lynn and my sister Lisa and I.
My deepest condolences. He was a standing human. My sister and I knew him as Uncle Marvy and loved him. He was always so kind and a great friend to our family. He will be deeply missed.
