Reg, Dennis & Families. So sorry about Henny She was my real mentor when I started with HRDC, there were many men as “Counsellors” but your Mom was the one with true leadership, she took me under her wing and we had a great symbiotic relationship over many years. A wonderful person who will be truly missed.

From: Errol and Cathy Seifrit
Relation: Friend of son

So sorry for your loss. Reg and Dianne, you were so good to her. She would be proud of you.

From: Colin Kirk
Relation: Family friend

My sincere condolences and best wishes go out to all Henny’s family and in particular to Reg and Dennis who were great friends growing up. I fondly remember overnight stays with the Cherenkos and the best borscht in Nelson. Henny was a source of energy and support to many local activities and I knew her best for her participation in minor sports. RIP

From: Kendall McPherson
Relation: Friend from bingo

I am sorry to hear of Henny’s passing, and also sorry I missed the service. I met Henny many years ago at bingo, and used to drive her home sometimes afterward. She had so many stories if her children, grandchildren, and loved to show pictures. Her zest for life was something else, as was her sense of humour. I will remember her fondly
