Marion (nee MacLellan) Muth was born on February 24th, 1935 in Moncton, N.B.

After growing up in Moncton, Marion moved to London, England in 1953. She attained her medical degree at the London Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine for Women.

While interning at Vancouver General Hospital, she met her future husband, Ken Muth. They were married in Calgary, Alberta on October 12th, 1963. They sailed to England where Marion practiced family medicine while Ken completed his training in general surgery.

They returned to Canada in 1967 where they raised three children in Nelson and Christina Lake. Marion and Ken traveled extensively, they spent many weekends skiing and hiking.

Dear Ken, Nancy, David and Ian I am so sorry to learn of Marion’s passing.

From: Linda Taylor for Second Wind
Relation: Fellow Second Wind Member

On behalf of The Second Wind Music Group I wish to express our sincere condolences to Dr. Ken Muth and family.
Marion was an enthusiastic member of the group and contributed her all to making each performance special for those we visit . She particularly enjoyed the Scottish Programme we do each January, and even organized a number of members to learn a couple of Scottish dances they performed at each of the Sr. Homes that month.
As we always dress to a theme each month, Marion always added unusual hats, lovely Scottish Kilts, and even a sprig of green for the Irish month.
She is sadly missed by all her Second Wind friends.
