Stanley Jackson

July 18, 1948 - January 8, 2011


Stanley Jackson, of Harrop bc, passed away peacefully in his sleep at the
Kootenay lake hospital. Stan was preceded by his wife Margret Ann
Hartenberger. He has left behind 2 sons, Kris(Susan) of Fort McMurray
Alberta, and Ken(Shannon) of St Albert Alberta. He will also be remembered by
his 4 grandchildren, Timothy, Alicia, Mathew, and Luke, who will forever keep
him in their hearts as well as countless other family members and friends of
which he will be deeply missed. As per Stan”s request, there will be no
funeral and cremation has already taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations
may be made to Canadian cancer society or the Canadian diabetes association.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Thompson Funeral Service Ltd.

I will miss Stan. We haven`t seen each other since we used to have family get togethers when we were kids. Stan was always a great guy.

I am very proud to have called you my dad. You lead a successful life and accomplished alot of things. You have taught me many lessons of life that will passed down to my own 2 boys. I am the person I am because of you and mom. You will be forever in our hearts and deeply missed. I know you and mom are looking down at us now, and I hope we can continue to make you both proud. Thank you for all you have done. May you rest in peace dad. We love you and miss you.

P.S. Thank you to all who visit this page and add your condolences. I know dad had many friends. Its nice to know he was liked and loved.
