From: Joyce (Derhousoff) Tucker
Relation: Uncle Sueyo

Uncle Sueyo was a great Uncle!

After marrying my Auntie Helen, Sueyo (a former bachelor) was quickly initiated into a larger family of brothers and sisters, neices and nephews.

As a 10 year old kid, Uncle Sueyo taught me to sing a Japanese song. (Moshi, Moshi Kamiyo) I still know all the words to this song. 🙂

While visiting my Mom and Dad, Uncle Sueyo would allow me to perform cosmetic surgery on him. He’d allow me to sit next to him, needle nose pliers in hand, and pull the grey hairs he was developing from his head. What a wonderful, patient man to allow a kid to pull hairs from his head.

I have very fond and warm memories of Uncle Sueyo and will miss him a lot.

I’d like to send my condolences and loving thoughts to the Tagami, Strukoff and Planiden families.
